Your shipment may be refused by the carrier, delayed, returned, or subject to fines and penalties. If your shipment has already been refused, contact us right away. We can repackage and relabel it to get it back on track quickly.

Shipping Process & Compliance

If your product has a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), check Section 14 for transportation information. If you are unsure, send us your SDS and we will review it for you at no charge.

An SDS, or Safety Data Sheet, is a document provided by the manufacturer of a chemical or hazardous product. It contains critical information about the product's properties, hazards, and handling requirements. Section 14 of the SDS specifically covers transportation and tells us how the product must be classified and shipped. If you don't have one, contact your supplier or manufacturer to request it.

Once we receive your shipment, repackaging and documentation are typically completed within one business day. If you have an urgent situation, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
